Move More, Feel Better, Live Longer
We’ll start with a quick warm-up to get our bodies ready. Then we’ll try some moves that show how chairs, walls, and even cans can be used as exercise equipment. After that, we’ll see how daily choices—like walking around the block, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator can help you feel better now and may even add years to your life!

We’ll start with some stretches everyone can use to loosen up, then do some simple moves to get the blood pumping and the energy up.
